Based out of Berlin, Spectrm a social marketing platform focused on automation helping businesses turn customer conversations on messaging platforms into insights and revenues, raises €2.7 million in Series A funding from international venture capital fund Runa Capital.
Founded in 2015 by Jendrik Höft, Manfred Stellenberg and Max Koziolek, Spectrm is a one-stop shop to launch chatbots on multiple marketing channels. The platform automates personalised one-to-one conversations, engaging and converting customers with personalized recommendations in real-time from ads or messaging channels like Google or Facebook Messenger to final purchases.
